According to Rhoda E.Howard, human rights are rights that one holds merely by virtue of being human being. Basically , human rights are individual rights. The right to treatment as an equal means the right to be treated with the same degree of concern and respect as anyone else. Deprived only under very limited and prescribed conditions.For example criminal conviction or necessities of state power in warfare.
Article 1 Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 (UNDHR)  proclaims that:
    “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights”
The ideas of human rights has passed through three generations.
1.      The first generations : Mostly negative civil and political right introduces in 17th -18th century.
2.      The second generations : consist in the essentially  positive economic, social and cultural right
3.      The third generations: primarily collective rights which are foreshadowed in Art.28 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which consist of right to social and economic evelopment, right to participate in and benefit from the resources of earth and space, scientific amd technical information, the right to healthy environment , peace and humanitarian disaster relief.

Collateral Murder                                                                    

1. Freedom of Information & Media
                                i.            Reuters has been trying to obtain the video through the Freedom of Information Act, without success since the time of the attack. The video, shot from an Apache helicopter gun-sight, clearly shows the unprovoked slaying of a wounded Reuters employee and his rescuers.
                              ii.            Two young children involved in the rescue were also seriously wounded.
                            iii.            This show their right have been deniable.
                            iv.            All the victims that involved in the battle cannot be know  until now. Their family must know the actual accident that happened to the victims.
-In Article 19 (UNDHR) , everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression, this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek , receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers
- WikiLeaks has released a classified US military video depicting the indiscriminate slaying of over a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad including two Reuters news staff.
WikiLeaks obtained this video as well as supporting documents from a number of military whistleblowers.
-WikiLeaks goes to great lengths to verify the authenticity of the information it receives.
-They have analyzed the information about this incident from a variety of source material.
-They have spoken to witnesses and journalists directly involved in the incident.
2. False information.
        i.            US military claimed that the victims died in the battle as Anti Iraqi Forces.
      ii.            The official statement on this incident initially listed all adults as insurgents and claimed the US military did not know how the deaths occurred and stated that they did not know how the children were injured.
    iii.            In real, It shows Reuters journalist Namir Nor-Eldeen , driver Saeed Chmagh, and several others as the Apache shoots and kills them in a public square in Eastern Baghdad.
    iv.            -Their camera was mistaken for a weapon.

 3. Laws of war
        i.            In any war, childrens and publics cannot be involved. But in this Iraq war, two children woulden and men appear to have been armed.
      ii.            According to Article 5 in Universal Declaration of Human Right (UNDHR), proclaims thats no one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, in human or degrading treatment or punishment.
    iii.            Battle of the state can only apply if attacked only. Refer to this case, Iraq do not attacked the US
    iv.            War can only happen to a country that has a military only.
      v.            The war cannot destroy public facilities such as mosque, school and hospital. But in this war, the US Military has fired many public facilities and kills peoples.

4. Right of Treatment
            i.            Right of treatment for victims affected because the public facilities such as hospital were destroyed.
          ii.            The victims have the right to get the treatment from hospital but US Military continous attack the public without sympathy so that treatment cannot be supply to the victims.
        iii.            Having regard to article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, both of which provide that no one may be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

5. War Victims
          i.            Right of victims to life according to Article 3 ,Universal Declaration of Human Right (UDHR) which is everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. For example, two reuters news employees died which is Saeed Chmash and Namir Noor Eldeen without valid evindence.
        ii.            Victims also have their right to move in their country but this war will make them afraid. The movement of the people of Iraq controlled and continuously monitored by the armies of the United States of airplanes that hover in the air space of Iraq.Refer to Article 3 in Universal Declaration of Human Right:
1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
iii.   The Iraqi people are not being treated properly and fairly. They are discriminated against      because they are muslim and treated as rebels tried to attack and create insecurity in fact they        are just ordinary people who do not have any weapons and should be protected.
Article 2, in Universal Declaration of Human Right.

-“ Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.”
